We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and visitors in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Manage scheduling of lessons, teacher calendars, and room bookings efficiently.
  • Handle student registrations, payments, and attendance records accurately.
  • Offer general administrative support by performing tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating records.
  • Assist with event coordination, including recitals, workshops, and open houses.
  • Ensure the front desk and common areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.

Requirements:

  • Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable using basic computer applications.
  • Prior admin, front desk, or customer service experience is preferred.

Additional Information:

  • This is a part-time position (3-4 days/week).
  • The location for this role is Tanjong Pagar.
