**Main responsibilities**
- Conduct research on potential products, vendors and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal
- Procure locally & from overseas (Europe, USA, SEA)
- Negociate with vendors to obtain the most favorable deal
- Obtain payment terms with vendors
- Issue PO and other required documents
- Handle emergency and cash on delivery purchases
- Liaise with logistic and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time and on quality
- Ensure the 3-way matching is complete (DO, PO, Invoice) at the delivery
- Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock
- Inspect purchased products upon delivery and report any issues (quality, delivery date, etc.) in a timely manner
- Update all records of purchased products in company ERP
- Update all records of vendors (contact, approved, non-approved, etc.) in company ERP
- Writing reports on purchases made and perform cost analyses

**Skills/Qualifications**

**Mandatory**
- Education: Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience as Purchaser in relevant industry: Heavy Industrial Machinery and Equipment, Automotive Industry, Transport Industry, Aircraft Maintenance Industry, Oil & Gas Industry
- Practical experience with EPR software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Pack and TEAMS
- Strong analytical skills
- Fully spoken and written of English. Mandarin and/or Bahasa are recommended.
- Strong organization and negociation skills
- Can-do mindset and team player
