Leading organisation in the aviation sector is looking for a Learning & Development Manager, up to SGD12,000/month.

**Your new company**
A growing market leader is currently looking for a Learning & Development Manager to be part of their team to provide support to employees. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible. Company transportation is provided from MRT pick up points.

**Your new role**
You will be part of the HR team as a Learning & Development Manager and will be managing 8 direct reports. You will provide professional advice regarding all matters related to Learning & Development and delivering all end-to-end learning experience. You will partner with senior stakeholders and HR leaders in the design and execution of delivery for internal training programs, design and develop learning content and lead in culture building within the organization.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

- Prior experience in a people management role
- Experienced in preparing, facilitating and execution of various learning content
- Engage internal & external stakeholders and agencies to achieve L&D goals and framework
- Manage all pre and post-course Learning Needs Analysis
