**Responsibilities**
- Preparation of DO before commencement of job
- Liaise and coordinate with supplier on job arrangement
- Responsible for planning of all project schedule in accordance with customer orders and ensure that all orders are delivered as scheduled
- Work closely with project team with the allocation of resources
- Handle maintenance/inspection of tools and vehicles
- Update schedule
- Highlight any discrepancies
- Working with Sales Admin to ensure all Dos all signed & review of return Dos signed (within 1 week)
- Arrange SIC for work sites (in term of date/workers)
- Prepare miscellaneous claims (workers meal claim/cashcard etc)
- Check workers attendance (how & what to check)

**Requirement**
- Preferably 1-2 years’ experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Team player with high level of dedication
- Proficient use of MS Office - Word / Excel
- Able to work under strict deadlines
- Fresh graduate are welcome
