**Responsibilities**

Job Responsibilities
- Drafting, planning and communicating schedules according to BUs’ respective line schedules, park projections, operational calendar etc.
- Approval of leave requests by team members based on BUs’ operating requirements.
- Administering of shifts into Virtual Roster System and performing Virtual Roster activities such as drafting, publishing and authorizing.
- Communicating with team members on availabilities, shift requirements and planned schedules.
- Perform other ad hoc duties

**Requirement**

Job Requirements
- GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ Levels/ ITE Certificate/ Diploma in Tourism or any other relevant discipline.
- 1 year relevant operations experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Willingness to provide both BUs and team members with best matched schedules through planning and adjustments.
- Able to multi-task and be organized.
- Responsible and have an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of Attractions operations is an added value.
