**Responsibility**

1) Create and maintain schedules for operations.
- Utilize scheduling tools or software to develop an initial schedule.
- Allocate tasks and resources based on collected requirements.
- Address any conflicts or constraints that arise during the scheduling process.

2) Coordinate with sales to gather schedule requirements.
- Regularly review and update schedules to reflect changes in priorities, deadlines, or resource availability.
- Coordinate with department/team managers to address schedule adjustments.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in schedule information.

3) Assign tasks and resources based on availability and priorities.

4) Monitor and update schedules as necessary.
- Notify relevant stakeholders promptly about any schedule modifications.
- Provide clear explanations for the changes and their impact on related tasks or projects.
- Analyze schedule conflicts such as overlapping tasks, resource shortages, or conflicting priorities.
- Assess the impact of conflicts on overall project timelines and resource utilization.
- Engage department/team managers and relevant stakeholders to resolve conflicts.
- Discuss alternative solutions or compromises that maintain project integrity and satisfy stakeholders' needs.
- Seek approval from managers for proposed schedule changes, if required.

**Requirement**

**1. Education**:
**- ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level Education level.**

**- Additional education (optional): Education related to logistics, transportation management, or supply**

**chain operations added advantage.
**2. Experience**:
**- Dispatching or scheduling experience: Previous experience in a dispatching or scheduling role is highly**

**beneficial.**

**- Customer service experience: Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles added**

**advanatage
**3. Skills and Competencies**:
**- Strong organizational and multitasking skills: To manage multiple tasks simultaneously, handle**

**competing priorities, and ensure efficient scheduling and dispatching of resources.**

**- Excellent communication skills: Clear and effective communication to coordinate with drivers, field**

**personnel, customers, and internal teams. Verbal and written communication skills are essential for**

**relaying instructions, updates, and resolving any issues that may arise.**

**- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities: ability to think critically, make quick decisions, and find**

**solutions is important for maintaining smooth operations.**

**- Knowledge of geographic areas and routes: Familiarity with the geographical region, including road**

**networks, traffic patterns, and alternate routes, optimize delivery routes and make efficient decisions.**

**- Adaptability and stress management: ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle stressful**

**situations with composure is crucial.
