**Warehouse Engineer/Senior Engineer**

This Engineer role mainly to lead, supervise and support a team with activities related to warehouse, transportation, and order fulfillment to improve the efficiency of the warehousing process through a well-designed, cost-optimized warehouse end-to-end plan.

**Responsibilities**:
**Order fulfillment**
- To lead a team to ensure timely and accurate processing of internal and external orders;
- To follow up and update customers on shipment details;
- Work with Bulk Supply team and regional planner team to assist in;
- Identify and implement area of improvement through daily operations.

**Transportation Management**
- Liaise with forwarders for rates for both AIR and SEA shipments
- Arrange for local, import, and export operations to ensure smooth execution of shipments
- Negotiate with forwarders and monitor/expedite delivery schedule and status in order to ensure timely delivery of supplies/materials/equipment

**Warehouse management and Improvement**
- To support Warehouse manager to supervise and manage all day-today warehouse operation and activities;
- Handle, oversee, and manage in-house 3PL;
- Build analyze flows and trends and propose areas of improvement of the warehouse and logistics functions;
- Warehouse space planning and organization;
- Constant liaising well with cross-departments to carry out smooth distribution operations according to work procedures

**Documentation & Standard Operating Procedures**
- Review and audit reports, workflow, and quality related documentation
- Review existing workflow and documentation procedures and update the changes in order to comply with policies
- Ensure proper documentation/record keeping for internal and external audits
- Able to follow up with Customers’ Quality related investigation and follow up.

**Training & Development**
- Train, develop and provide guidance to operators/3PL in order to enhance the competency of the workforce
- Review skills standards, evaluation criteria and training program for operators/3PL and highlight areas of concern
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly briefing if there are any changes in the procedure

**Safety and Cleanliness**
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing all safety standards
- Warehouse cleanliness - 5S policy

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain with minimum 3-6 years relevant experience in an Industrial/Manufacturing/Logistics/Supply Chain environment
- Extensive knowledge of warehousing, order fulfillment, logistics, especially in distribution centers
- Self-motivated, positive mindset and good team player
