Events Project Executive

**Job Scope**:
Plan, execute & sell events for all trades (On-site, Virtual or Hybrid)
Provide end-to-end support to clients from acquiring new clients to relationship building after onboarding
Budget planning and cost control
Source, curate atrium events and negotiate with Venue owners
Lead, manage and coordinate projects with stakeholders (venue provider, suppliers, authorities, manpower etc)
Plan and manage project timeline and workflow to facilitate smooth and timely execution of events
Provide support for assigned events including setups and teardowns
Logistics and administrative support as assigned
**Requirements**:
Degree/Diploma holder preferred
Experience in events sales preferred
Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dedicated and self-motivation
Able to think on your feet and agility to respond quickly under pressure
