**We are currently seeking an experienced Partner Sales Manager (PSM) who can win, maintain, and expand joint business with our partners in the SE Asian region. The PSM is responsible for achieving sales, pipeline, and partner development objectives within a specific portfolio of partnerships. The PSM represents the entire range of company products and services to the assigned partners.**
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Meets assigned targets for sales volume and pipeline generation with assigned partners.**:
- **Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partners.**:
- **Coordinates involvement of Cloudera personnel, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.**:
- **Proactively leads joint partner planning to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.**:
- **Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.**:
- **Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.**:
- **Manages potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.**:
- **Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.**:
- **Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.**:
- **Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES**:
- **Achieves assigned sales quota (Full overlay Regional Quota)**:
- **Delivers partner development objectives for demand generation and enablement.**:
- **Completes partner joint business plans that meet company standards.**:
- **Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.**:
- **Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
**ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT**:
- **Reports to the APAC Head of Channels & Alliances**:
- **Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales, operations and management resources as needed.**:
- **Closely coordinates company executive involvement with partner and end-user customer management as appropriate.**:
- **Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- **Minimum 10+ years of relevant channel sales experience in a business to-business sales environment**:
- **Demonstrated successful Enterprise Software experience**:
- **Startup experience & some vertical experience**:
- **Data management experience**:
- **Business intelligence**:
- **Data warehousing experience**:
- **Virtualization and Cloud understanding**:
- **Team player**:
- **Solution sales experience**:
- **Relationship sellers
