Prepare data feeding report, project schedules and the necessary documents
- To be on site execution, supervision, coordination & general project management including attending meetings
- Solving problems on technical issues
- Assist Manager in monitoring the data feed into the new system
- Maintenance of the data to ensure its accuracy
- Monitoring of training compliance within the knowledge centre assign to various employees
- Monitoring of Data feeds for Quality, Safety & personnel details on every end of the month
- Communication with the team to resolve any error or boundaries the team face
- Conduct system training to New Supervisor /Executive onboard to SBM
- Supporting Malaysia Team in developing knowledge in 4insite
- Managing 4insite Associate & Manager App development process in SG & MY
- Explore in Technology Device in near future for 4insite development
- Provide Data Analyst for Asia 4insite implementation.
- Coordinating with 4insite Corporate team in supporting of Implementation in Asia.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned
