The role of a CFO (Chief Financial Officer) in a pre-acquisition Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) can be quite challenging and requires a unique skill set. We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Tech CFO on an assignment basis, specializing in fundraising for technology companies. This role offers flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work independently and autonomously. With your existing network of investors and a successful track record in fundraising, M&A, and IPOs, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial success. You will also work closely alongside the tech senior management team, providing strategic financial guidance and support. - Financial Strategy and Planning: The CFO should develop and execute the financial strategy for the SPAC, including capital structure, financing options, and financial projections. They should work closely with the executive team to align financial goals with the acquisition strategy.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: The CFO should ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for regulatory compliance. They should be familiar with SEC regulations and be able to navigate complex financial reporting requirements, including pro forma financial statements and other disclosures.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
