We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic and fast-growing pre-IPO technology company. As CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, driving growth, and ensuring the financial health of the organization as we prepare for an initial public offering (IPO). You will also lead fundraising efforts, manage M&A activities, and work independently with senior management while leveraging your network of investors and private equity funds.

**Responsibilities**:

- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with our pre-IPO goals, maximizing shareholder value and resource utilization.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing accurate insights to support decision-making.
- Capital Management: Oversee the capital structure, manage debt and equity financing, and maintain strong relationships with investors and financial institutions.
- Fundraising and M&A: Lead fundraising efforts, secure venture capital and private equity investments, and drive the company's M&A strategy, including due diligence and integration.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and transparency.
- Investor Relations and Network: Act as a liaison with investors, analysts, and the financial community, leveraging your network to attract investors, strategic partners, and funding opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5 years as a CFO or in a similar role in a pre-IPO or public tech company.
- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial management, planning, analysis, capital markets, and compliance.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Investor Relations and Fundraising: Extensive experience working independently with senior management, investors, and private equity funds, with a track record of successful fundraising and investor relationship building.
- M&A Experience: Proven experience in leading financial due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, and integration processes.
