**Responsibilities**:

- Handle enquiries for premium transactions from internal depts and external parties (CPFB/Medical Institutions)
- Follow up on operation listings to monitor/follow up/expedite/escalate on premium transaction processing
- Handling transmission of CPF and related files
- Monitor and review workaround processes to address operation needs until system automation is in place
- Investigate into operation issues raised and follow up with respective stakeholders to identify root cause and resolve the issue
- Handle/Support system and work process reengineering projects

**Qualifications**
- Possess at least a Diploma, '˜A'
- Level.
- Positive working attitude, being pro-active is a must. and a good team player
- Have good interpersonal skills and must be a good team player
- Able to multi-task effectively and assist in any other tasks assigned from time-to-time
- Able to work under tight timelines and pressure and escalate when required
- Analytical skills with a sharp eye to look into issue and identify cause and resolutions

**Added Advantages**
- Knowledge and experience in health insurance
- Knowledge and experience in conducting process reviews
- Basic supervisory experience
