Facultative Premium Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Correspond with externals regarding policy premium booked
- Managing a portfolio of policy premium of more than 20 key companies and countries combined
- Follow-up with underwriters/cedants/brokers for any pending policy premium closing
- Review policy premium documents (new offers/renewals/endorsements) and process policy premium using in-house softwares
- Monitor and follow-up on outstanding matters, such as queries and outstanding Technical Statement of Accounts
- Compile monthly reports/submissions
- Any other projects or duties as assigned by the immediate Team Lead
Key Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ level or diploma holder
- Strong numerical skills
- Proficient in Office 365 environment including Excel
- Self-driven with attention to details and ability to follow through tasks
- A good team player, systematic and well-organized person
- An interest or working experience in insurance industry will be an advantage
