Anytime Fitness Tampines is seeking a highly motivated individual for full-time role as **Customer Service Representative.**

This is a junior role and full training will be provided.

**Requirements**:

- GCE N-level and above preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Experience within hospitality environment preferred
- Cheerful, out-going personality and customer service oriented
- Well organized individual with keen attention to details
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in fluent English communication

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure club operations run smoothly together with the entire day-to-day operations of the gym
- Provide great member experience and promote retention
- Investigate membership issues, including assistance with billing and/or technical matters
- Ensure inventory stock list count and supplies when needed
- Responsible for the maintenance of gym equipment on a daily basis
- Oversee and maintain of cleanliness and tidiness of the entire facilities
