**Purpose**

We are looking for passionate professionals with a knack for problem-solving, who are ready to build from scratch, are comfortable with the inherent risks of early-stage startups, and display a readiness to learn, adapt, and grow.

**What you'll be doing**
- Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Working on both front-end and back-end frameworks, and third-party libraries.
- Collaborating with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements and use cases and translate them into pragmatic and effective technical solutions.

**What you'll need to be successful**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Full-Stack Developer role including extensive experience with our core stack: Node.js, React, Express, TypeScript, Sequelize & Postgres
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and optimise performance.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including React, Next.js & Typescript as well as strong understanding of core CS Fundamentals.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL, skilled in executing migrations and managing complex ETL pipelines.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, Ec2, Lambda & Cloudwatch etc.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to translate technical jargon into plain language.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, and ability to navigate within a fast-paced, start-up environment flexible, quick on your feet, and ready to tackle the unknown.
