**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Field Support Engineer to join our team and support IT systems and peripherals across local Retail and F&B outlets in Singapore.

This role is ideal for ITE fresh graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-site technical support for IT products and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Assist with installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in overseas training and implementation projects.

**Requirements**:

- ITE Diploma in IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for training and project deployments.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
