**About The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the recruitment strategy for their business areas, seeking opportunities to increase positive impact through utilizing data
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for a variety of hard to fill positions across Pacific and build active talent pools for recurring roles
- Be the driver of Inclusion at WeWork ensuring there is no bias in our recruiting process and making sure we have an inspirational team of diverse talented WeWorkers
- Participate on Global TA/cross functional projects to improve and enhance our process and experience

**About You**
- 4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience with exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting across multiple markets in the Pacific region, and a deep understanding of the real estate market preferred
- Ability to understand and internalise business priorities and execute in a fast paced and fast changing work environment
- Ability to problem solve and work autonomously
- Experience partnering with and advising business leaders and hiring managers on recruiting decisions
- Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly and subsequently utilise them
- International recruitment experience and working within a global team preferred
- Fluency in English required, second regional language fluency a plus
