We’re looking for a Management Associate, who will be based in Shenzhen to work on **Asimov**, our Robotics initiative, and other high-impact strategic and operational initiatives.

**‍ Management Associate**

As a **Management Associate**, you’ll rotate across core business functions — **Business Development, Marketing, and Finance** — working on projects that are critical to Menlo Research’s growth. You will contribute to **partnerships,**product launches, strategic sales, financial modeling, fundraising and investor relations, and go-to-market** strategy. This is an ideal role for high-performing, bilingual graduates who want early exposure to the inner workings of a fast-moving deep-tech company.

**Responsibilities**

**Business Development**:

- Identify and engage with strategic partners and enterprise clients across Asia and the US
- Assist with proposals, partnership decks, and commercial negotiation

**Marketing & Strategy**:

- Support product launches with market research, messaging, and digital content
- Help shape Menlo’s brand presence across events, investor communications, and online channels

**Finance & Operations**:

- Asisst Management to build financial models for fundraising and internal planning
- Assist in budgeting, reporting, and business analytics

**Investor & Sales Presentations**:

- Create high-impact pitch decks for investors, product marketing, and client engagements
- Synthesize complex technical ideas into concise, well-designed presentation materials

**Education**: Fresh Graduate with **Bachelors/Masters Degree** from a top-tier university

**Languages**: Native or fluent proficiency in **both English and Mandarin Chinese**

**Skills**:

- Excellent slide design and storytelling ability (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote)
- Strong analytical and research capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience in financial modeling is a plus

**Mindset**:

- Curious, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Passion for technology, AI, and startups
