JR30145 ASM Site Planner

**Responsibilities and Tasks**

Establish and Assess a 26-week Forecast from CTM Solver (Updated Weekly)
- Publish GO or NO GO site decision to the global assembly team from CTM Solver based on high level analysis and assessment. Feedback to MPS if there are abnormality of loading requirements
- Establish assembly build schedule in the tactical horizon ~ 2weeks based on site’s boundary conditions and material availability, personnel and resource management

Weekly Goal Setting Publication and execution to Plan
- Alignment and agreement of Assy goal with Manufacturing Team, including capacity team
- Firm up goal to be shared with MPS and Test Planning Team.
- Update MPP Editor for Manufacturing goal setting in 2 weeks horizon
- Execute Assy built plan, work closely with Material Planner, Chip Stock Bank and Manufacturing team. To take into account of Assembly’s current inventories, projected outs from Fab/Probe, Raw Material availability and equipment capacities
- Provide daily assembly plan to Manufacturing Team
- Monitor output performance to Goal and attend production meeting to gather necessary information or issue in production that impact output

Engineering Built and New Product Setup
- Coordinate with Assembly Product Engr (APE) or Early Involvement (EI), MPS, New Product Planner (NPP), Material Planner and Master Data Steward for new Product Setup
- Support Engineering Samples

**Requirement**
- SAP Knowledge
- Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
- Experience in manufacturing, capacity or production planning will be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with numbers
- Lean/Six Sigma experience and qualifications can be an advantage
- Should be proficient in PowerPoint and have experience with management presentations / public speaking
- Exposure or experience working with multifunctional teams, projects and collaboration
- Has good inter-personal skill and positive attitude

**Education**

Required

Bachelors Degree BA or BBA, or MFG Engineering, Any equivalent.

**Experience**

Required

Min 3 years experience in any of the following:
- Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning
