**Summary of job requirement**
- Manage spares planning to minimize downtime, zero bin, and maximize inventory turns:

- Verify and ensure accuracy of stocking levels
- Request and recommend adds/subtractions from sites’ BOMs
- Engage and maintain daily communication with stakeholders to ensure proper planning
- Facilitate and chair BOMs meeting on a regular basis
- Participate BOM reviews (as request)
- Active participation to gain visibility current issues and/or upcoming changes that are being discussed/made
- Ensure sites’ BOMs and inventory level are properly adjusted
- Ensure any stocking level adjustments that may be required are addressed
- Support “safety first” culture throughout all functions performed
- Support ASM / Customer Quality initiative
- Collaborate with Global Buyers to solicit and to align regional forecasts. Ensure ASM has adequate planning time to adjust spare stocking level to support sites’ forecast
- Generate and provide weekly/monthly reports for spares planning performance metrics
- Work with internal logistic teams to ensure export/import shipments are accurately and timely delivered
- Inventory management (Components, spares parts, cleaning Kit Management)
- Assist to expedite and coordinate the movement of materials and shipments
- Excellent organizational, coordination, planning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- After hour and holiday support for inter plant urgent order fulfillment
- Any adhoc related task as assigned between spares operation and manufacturing.

**Education**

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or equivalent work experience with at least 5 years in related field

**Experience**

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a planner or related experience with inventory control and/or supply chain studies or Spares planning and/or production control

Knowledge of planning and scheduling systems, spares logistics and inventory control theories with prior experience related to semiconductor, or related high-volume customers

**Skills**
- Hands-on SAP experience
- Ability to prioritize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent skills in MS office with specific high level profieciency required in Excel (Pivot Table & Macro required)
- Ability to review, analyze data and generate recommendations dealing how to optimize spares performance
- Plan continuous improvement of processes and performance improvement strategies
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin to liaise with Taiwan or China counterparts
