**What the role is**
- You will be part of the Human Resource Division in the Professional and Corporate Development Group. As trusted adviser and strategic partner to line divisions in HR matters, we strive for MSF to be an “employer of choice” to fulfil our mission of building a society that is cohesive and resilient.
**What you will be working on**
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your main responsibilities are:
- attracting and hiring the best talents to support MSF’s manpower needs
- working closely with the HR Business Partners to support the ministry’s recruitment demands
- managing recruitment events, related logistics and employer branding initiatives
- identifying manpower trends (i.e. technological, social and economical disruptors) to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
- leveraging on technology and data to develop talent acquisition systems and services to streamline and automate recruitment processes
- improving the customer service standards through service redesign and innovation
**What we are looking for**
- To meet the challenges of this role, you should possess:
Functional/Technical Competencies
- A tertiary qualification in HR, Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 2 years’ working experience with relevant knowledge in recruitment and/or employer branding
- Experience in graduate or high volume hiring
- Ability to understand current and future HR trends may impact recruitment
- Prior HR experience in the public sector and familiarity with using technology in recruitment will be an added advantage

- A proactive attitude, results oriented and display strong multi-tasking skills to meet hiring deadlines
- Strong written, communications and interpersonal skills
