**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle requisition from project team and process purchase orders within required time
- Analysation, comparison, and negotiation of quotations to ensure the best deal
- Maintain and follow up delivery order, purchase order and other related matters
- Ensure materials are delivered punctually to site
- Monitoring monthly inventory record
- Weekly submission of report to accounts
- Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned
- Support project team and perform administrative duties

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum GCE O Level
- At least 4 years of working experience in related field
- Able to work independently
