**Responsibilities**:

- Executing projects in respect to client's requirement, mainly supermarket promoter deployment & events manpower
- Planning, attending to and executing of project requirements (manpower sourcing, planning and confirmation of deployment, training (internal courses, client's product, Training and SOP) supervision and visiting of in-store activations)
- Liaising and coordinating with different departments (Sales and Logistics) and Business Units to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Manage post project administrative matters (reports, payroll, reviews and meetings with clients)
- Any other duties deem fit by the Operations Manager
- Traveling on site to ensure operations are executed smoothly

- Self motivated and driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft & Google Office
- Willing to learn and go beyond one's area of responsibilities
- A team player whom is competitive, responsible and independant with a good working attitude
- Working on weekends is expected
