The Head of Beverage is responsible for overall beverage departments, sales, operations and performance of the organisation's daily operations. Spearheading the beverage arm of each restaurant and bar venues and cellars department sales he/she sets standards, set strategies and implementations, builds relationships with industry players for partnerships, internal training and outside whole sales.

He/she establishes beverage service standards for staff to drive organisation's customer experience goal and formulates robust strategies for continuous improvement. He/ She also drives the organisation’s compliance to service, beverage hygiene, health and safety standards.

Resourceful and detail-oriented, he/she should have strong multi-tasking skills, and deal with other departments effectively. He/ She possesses strong strategic, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams, customer experience, performance, emergencies and escalated customer complaints.

He/ She is expected to have the ability to work and perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment across venue(s).
