**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage onsite repair scheduling by using calendly / google calendar to meet the given SLA for onsite repair services
- Manage a group of repair technicians including their operating hours, OT, leave approval etc
- Manage repair job sheet submission by repair technicians (pre and post repair)
- Liaise with internal and external departments, i.e customer service, operations, logistics to ensure a seamless end to end repair process
- Handle 1 to 1 exchange and refund escalation cases
- Support technicians’ enquiries to facilitate the repair process and ensure a great customer experience
- Responsible for RMA data management, KPI tracking and weekly reporting
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Development or relevant discipline
- 3+ years of experience in RMA management
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and solve problems quickly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strategic thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong data analysis skills
- Fluency in English (fluency in any of the local languages is desirable)
**OTHER INFORMATION**:
- Location : Warehouse - Pandan Crescent
- Working hours : Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm. Saturday 9am to 1pm. OT will be required from time to time depending on business needs.
