Administration:

- Take directions from the Corporate Admin Lead to provide support for human resources, including working with CDE’s HR Partners and NUS Central Procurement Office (e.g. appointment and contract management of adjunct/visiting professors, studio leaders, lecturers and NUS student workers).
- Assist in administration of educational programmes including undergraduates, graduates and executives’ programmes.
- Assist in finance and other procurement related tasks and assist in ad-hoc projects as required.

Communications and Outreach:

- Manage the Centre’s digital assets, develop and produce content for the NUS Cities website and social media platforms.
- Research and understand the targeted audience to deliver content effectively and create positive impact.
- Use data-driven approach to track impact and to fine-tune/propose alternative strategies to strengthen the Centre’s outreach and branding.

**Qualifications**
- Degree holder with strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Dynamic, innovative, collaborative, resilient and strive in a start-up environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with website design and social media account management will be an advantage.
- Experience in graphics designs and video/photo editing software will be an advantage.
- Experience in higher education will be an advantage.
