**Responsibilities**:

- Handle reservations for hotels, restaurants, tours, packages, etc
- Plan itinerary and costing
- Liaise and communicate with passengers
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma and above
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in travel or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
