**JOB OVERVIEW
**_Responsibilities: _**
- Provide full secretarial support to the VP in managing appointments, meetings, travel arrangements and etc.
- Upkeeping of VP’s calendar, daily schedule and following up on outstanding matters in a timely manner.
- Run errands as reqeusted.
- Screening of incoming phone calls, assisting in communicating with internal and external stakeholders, reception duties.
- Cover Office Manager’s (OM) duties when OM is on leave.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the VP and OM.

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
**_Qualifications: _**
- GCE "N" Level and above

**_Experience: _**
- No min requirement

**_Personal Qualities & Attributes: _**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Positive attitude and adaptable.
- Highly functional individual who thrives at fast paced working environment.
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
- Organized, detailed oriented and good time management.
- Familiar with all MS Office functions.
