Personal Assistant to Vice President

Singapore PU TIEN HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. Full time

Act as the first point of contact for the VP.
- Screen and deal with incoming mails and post/generate/draft correspondence/letter on behalf of VP and setting appointments as required
- Providing a bridge to smooth communication between VP and internal departments and support the Top Management on fundamentals day-to-day running of the Company by liaising with staff, department managers, business and non-business parties in ensuring smooth flow of works and communications to achieve business objectives
- Welcome and advise visitors; promoting professional image of the organization.
- Proactively contribute to the management of the VP time - including electronic diary management, organizing appointments, meetings and travel arrangements, send reminders or notice of meeting cancellation or changes
- Calendar management, coordinate meetings and distribute meeting agendas and paperwork, minutes taking and expenses claims
- Assist in making reservation for meeting venues
- Organize, manage and execute company events initiated by VP
- Assists in the preparation and consolidation of information relevant to VP’s assignment and personal matters
- Undertake other work-related duties as assigned by VP.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Preferably with Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant experience
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Able to work independently
- Possess high attention to detail
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office
