Trustana's goal is to enable buyers to bring the highest quality products to their customers by connecting them with pre-screened, curated international suppliers. It also helps suppliers to expand their customer base by supporting the internationalization of their products and connecting them with reputable buyers. The platform leverages decentralised technology to enable users to have control and ownership over their data.

Founded by Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore, Trustana is based in Singapore with a hub in China.

The People Experience Specialist will be reporting to the People Manager. We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on and impactful team player who is passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences to be part of Trustana's People Team. **What you will do**:

- Deliver impactful programs and transactions that support the entire employee life cycle
- Assist in the development and implementation of robust HR processes and controls in compliance with local labour laws and regulations
- Be the custodian of HR policies and ensure policies are aligned and up to date
- Establish effective communication channels with business leaders, employees and HR team across various countries to ensure smooth information flow, implementation of policies, and promote positive employee experiences
- Participate in HR projects at both local office level and group level as assigned, including but not limited to, employer brand building, employee engagement, process improvement, policy formulation across HR disciplines.
- Prior experience in a broad range of HR disciplines
- Highly meticulous in thought process and actions, possess a strong sense of responsibility and take initiative to act with urgency to follow through and problem solve with, and for stakeholders
- Thinks broadly about the employee experience in a changing world and how to deliver employee-centric programs to deliver a differentiated employee experience
- Possess attention to detail and excellent follow through
- Track record on data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Great verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
- A fast learner who demonstrates positive work attitude
- Adaptable to changes and comfortable with ambiguity
