**Responsibilities**:
- 1. Participate in strategic business decision-making, support and promote the implementation of HR related projects and process policies of subsidiaries;
- 2. Cooperated with the HR department of the headquarters, participated in the talent management development strategy, and completed the annual manpower planning and echelon construction of the subsidiary;
- 3. Responsible for the recruitment of basic positions in subsidiaries;
- 4. Responsible for the labor contract management of employees of the subsidiary company, and handling various procedures such as transfer and transfer;
- 5. Responsible for the staff performance management of subsidiaries, and make suggestions and optimization of the process;
- 6. Responsible for the development and implementation of compensation incentive and retention plans for employees of the subsidiary;
- 7. Responsible for dealing with the welfare related affairs of the employees of the subsidiary, and accepting the policy consultation of the employees;
**Requirements**:
- 1. Bachelor degree or above in related HR major
- 2. At least 5 years related HR or management consulting experience,
- 3. Proficient in using computers and various office software, with strong writing ability and data analysis ability
- 4. Be familiar with local labor laws and regulations, and have a clear understanding and understanding of HR related work processes and operation points.
- 5. Experience in building and managing teams. Have a deep understanding of all functional modules of human resource management.
- 6. Ability to flexibly lead multiple complex projects and quickly adapt to changing needs/circumstances.
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
