This is a generalist role that spans across functions. You will work closely with the CEO and get your hands dirty on executing operations, growth, marketing and more. You’ll learn a lot about running and growing an early stage company, but it will be demanding and comes with hard work.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Manage growth and marketing campaigns, including coming up with new ideas and executing them.
- Support and perform key operational processes in the company, including finance management, HR and admin.
- Crunch numbers, analyse data and drill down into the weeds with customers to make data-driven decisions and actionables.
- Understand the needs and expectations of customer groups, ideate and execute tailored strategies to drive adoption of product and establish positive long-term relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across tech, marketing and sales to support initiatives.
- You’ll be an early team member in helping to shape our processes, culture and direction.

**Requirements**:

- Hands-on: if you’re looking for a job to do “strategy”, or lots of theoretical planning, but not actually make that customer call or get your hands dirty yourself, then we’re likely not a fit.
- Obsessively driven: you’re someone who’s relentless, hungry to learn and will place personal ambition as one of your biggest priorities right now.
- Scrappy: you get things done despite limited resources or circumstances going against you.
- Excellent oral and written communication competency, comfortable with negotiations and interacting with top decision makers
- Strong affinity for critical-thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation
- Motivated and committed, always ready to take up new challenges and responsibilities
- Data driven, meticulous and able to multitask under pressure
- Fast learner who can adapt quickly to changes and work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in start-ups, or in a business development / account management role (ideally in tech) is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
