As the **People Operations Associate**, you will be working closely with the regional People Team to work on meaningful initiatives as we grow our teams in the region.

**The Fun stuff**
- Contribute to ideation and execution of people initiatives to improve employee journey plan from talent acquisition, on-boarding, talent development, experience and off-boarding
- Maintain and support generation of letters, handling employee requests and supporting insurance handling
- Engage employees and promote programs (governance, talent development) to create an energized, high performing, and safe workplace
- Stay abreast of best practices and adopting tools, while maintaining playbooks or SOPs
- Utilize data and metrics to generate useful insights to enhance the overall effectiveness
- Supporting administrative matters pertaining to BPO / vendor management, payments, and office matters

**You are**
- A natural when it comes to engaging employees to participating in activities, network and supporting them in their employee lifecycle (be the go-to person when they have issues at work or at home)
- Excited to be part of a start-up team, keen to develop good culture and a great team player
- You have 2-4 years of HR Generalist/HRBP/Talent Specialist experience under your belt, a good practice in operations, learning & development, employee engagement, and/or talent management
- Able to strive in a professional work environment, while appreciating the growth opportunities of a fast growing startup
- Relentless in giving your best when approaching details from a smallest task to a large scale project, striving to outperform yourself to grow both professionally and personally
- Familiar and comfortable with using Microsoft office (with excellent excel skills), and HRIS (Bamboo, Employment Hero would be beneficial)
