**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new client opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Actively generate new leads
- Design and execute sales strategies to acquire new business
- Cultivate new client relationships to support company expansion
- Guide prospects through the sales funnel, addressing their logistics needs
- Negotiate agreements and close deals in line with company objectives
- Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities through ongoing research

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline. Applicants with different qualifications but a demonstrated track record in freight forwarding business development will also be considered
- At least 5 years of business development experience in the freight forwarding industry
- In-depth understanding of air, ocean, and land freight solutions
