**Responsibilities**
- Process daily orders and other transactions for distributors at the counters, create awareness on on-going highlights.
- Handle enquiries on the ground and pro-actively and provide the best assistance and customer services daily.
- Provide guidance and knowledge to customer on digital / website.
- Handle cash and E-payments accurately
- Provide daily cash reconciliation and ensure no discrepancy; deposit cash to bank
- Provide training and guidance for new and less experience staff to maintain high level customer services
- Liaise with various departments to provide solutions and feedback to distributors
- Provide excellence customer service
- Replenish daily stock on the shelves and reconcile the inventory list to ensure no discrepancy
- Monthly stocks check
- Handle stocks receiving 3 times a week (stocks level based on sales and on-going ad-hoc promo/ events)
- Provide basic product explanation to ABOs pro-actively
- Balancing between adhering to company guidelines and customer’s demands.
- Monitor and ensure the facilities, digital signage, promotion display within shop are in good condition
- Initiate to perform ad-hoc duties and admin duties assigned
- Will be required to perform overtime (if needed)

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Product knowledge
- Good command of Mandarin & English
- Good communication skill
- Computer skills (Microsoft office)

**Experience**
- Experience in retail shop environment.
- Customer service experience dealing with distributors
- Able to work based on shop working shift
