1. Assist Customer Service Manager to maintain a safe, environmentally friendly, efficient, and
cost-effective operation of the company’s Warehouse & Marine Logistics services.
2. Supervise logistics assistants to maintain a safe and timely execution of their duties, on a
day
- today basis in the frontline.
3. To attend to customers’ agents, and designated forwarders for deliveries to be carried out and
conducted in a safe and timely manner.
4. Report all progress of the daily activities to the Customer Service Manager and update on the
company’s Ops Journal.
5. Ensure colleagues at the frontline are updated with accurate and latest delivery arrangements
for orders to be delivered as per customer requirement. Record and report all operation details
on designated whatsapp group chat.
6. Prepare and complete accurately all necessary documents relating to deliveries, such as Delivery
Notes, Delivery Orders, etc. in good order as per principal and customer requirements.
7. Ensure all required documents are collected and compiled in good order and sent to the
principal and customers in a timely manner.
8. Prepare and submit necessary internal documents relating to Warehouse & Marine Logistics
operations to Customer Service Manager for approvals, for example ANHC Form, ISC Forms,
Purchase Requisitions, etc.
9. Ensure every employee including himself follows the safety rules and procedure.
10. Responsible for supervising the upkeep of all Warehouse & Marine Logistics equipment and
gears.
11. Responsible for supervising the upkeep of all Warehouse & Marine Logistics areas, its cleanliness
and safety. Ensuring all hazards are dealt with and all safety equipment is available, accessible,
and valid.
12. Update the job progress to the principal, customers, and Customer Service Manager.
13. Supervise the collection of all orders’ signed Delivery Notes and Deliver Orders.
14. Provides daily work direction to all Logistics Assistants.
15. Perform all tasks and duties as assigned by Customer Service Manager and General Manager.
16. At all times, abide to Singapore’s law and the company’s code of conduct
