1. Ensureoperational efficiency in the provision of Contact Centre services

3.Collaborate with clinic staff members and organizational standard operatingprocedure. Communicate complex triagecase(s) to the relevant clinicians from clinical departments to

establishand update clinical triage protocols

4.Collect and analyse data to establish health priorities and interventions

5.Knowledgeable and proficient in handling general enquiries and appointments forall clinical services and disciplines

**JobRequirements**:

- MinimumDiploma in Biosciences, medical science and above, or from an accredited Schoolof Nursing
- Nursing/Medical/Biosciencequalification with at least 2 years of clinical experience

**Knowledgeand Skills Requirements**
- Advancedclinical knowledge of medical diagnoses, procedures, protocols, treatments, and terminology.
- Experienceand working knowledge of the various clinical specialities and sub-specialtiespreferred.
- Relevantexperience in Ambulatory Care and/or Emergency Department is an advantage
- Familiaritywith local healthcare regulations, institutional standards of care and riskmanagement
- Demonstratesability to make quick decisions, based on sound critical thinkingskills/guidelines by protocols
- Proficientin computer navigation and administrative skills

Knowledge of NGEMR/EPIC clinical management systemis an advantage
