**What you will be working on**
- Role and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain facilities of assigned Sport Centres in good, safe and ready conditions for operation.
- Liaise with internal staff and external i.e. contractors to plan work schedules.
- Assist in managing the service contractors to carry out works within Sport Centres’ Facilities.
- Ensure all preventive maintenance and ad hoc repairs are carried out promptly and safely.
- Monitor the up-keeping of the facility, ensure safety.
- Manage budget forecast, track expenses and process payment for progress claims.
- Ensure that all documentations are done and properly maintained.

2. Assist to develop cyclical replacement plan for Sport Centres’ Facilities to create a conducive environment.
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including drafting scope of works, specification, management of vendors and contractors and quality assessment.

3. Assist in the enhancement of Sport Centres’ Facilities
- Assist in managing & coordinating of upgrading projects (planning, execution to final completion).
- Recommend and implement works and procedures that enhances building operations, customer satisfaction, experiences and engagement.
- Work with various stakeholders on the user’s requirements.
- Drive innovation and green initiatives, technology adoption; IoT and Data analytics

4. To assist or manage any other duties as assigned.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.

- A recognised Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Property & Facilities Management / Quantity Surveying
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Experience in FM Maintenance Management and procurement knowledge would be an advantage
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and inspire people at all levels towards a common goal
