Role Overview: *
We are looking for a talented manager to join and head up our Client Services team and help us to continue providing a market-leading support experience for our clients within the APAC region. You will be responsible for managing a team of passionate, like-minded service and administrative individuals. You will work closely with other regional managers to maintain, plan and implement strategies that will have a positive impact on our large and diverse client base. As a Client Services Manager, you will have the ability to make an immediate impact in building a high-performing team within the business. Responsibilities**:Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Manage a team of client facing Service (and Administrative) individuals, providing guidance and coaching to maintain and enhance individual and team behaviours/performance
- Effective monitoring and decision-making skills with experience of implementing processes, KPI’s and performance metrics
- Maintain and find ways to improve existing workflows and client satisfaction
- Work closely with the APAC Sales team to implement strategies for client support and retention, with the primary goal of achieving revenue targets
- Meet with other regional heads to assess current initiatives and their impacts
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments within in the region (and globally) to arrange feedback and enhancements to products and services
- Be a Preqin champion - Lead by example in interacting with clients and internally
Qualifications**:Key Requirements for this Role**:
- Proven experience in managing a successful team (bonus if regional experience)
- Good relationship-builder internally and externally, transparent and team-orientated;
- Positive personality, able to inspire and drive results in equal measure;
- High energy to work across time zones
- Communicates honestly and openly; promotes effective communication
- Commercial mindset and consultative approach to clients
- A good knowledge of the alternatives market and key players in the industry
