On-boarding of new Partners to the Quandoo network within set turn-around times
- Initial accounts management for new Partners within their first 3 months with Quandoo
- Acquisition Support, Contract pipeline & Operational Management
- General training and support to Partners in relation to their accounts and services across multiple platforms
- Widget implementation on multiple platforms
- All invoice & billing inquiries including debt reduction
- Ensure all account activity is flagged and correctly managed through our Global CRM System

**Qualifications**:

- Background in providing exceptional customer experience, preferably within the hospitality sector
- Outstanding communication skills with previous experience in building strong customer relations
- Exceptional in problem-solving and objective handling
- The ability to work autonomously and be self-disciplined
- An analytical and structured daily operational style
- Understands the importance of ‘Teamwork’
