**Impact & Contribution**:
The Network Automation team supports the Group wide commitment to delivering world-class software tools that optimize processes and increase efficiencies across our technologies. Focused on ensuring maximum leverage of our existing capability, we deliver robust, cost-effective solutions, that drive improvements in efficiency, security, resilience and usability. Beyond Design and Engineering, the team have a number of specializations, providing design authority over a range of networking disciplines around Cloud, Network Automation and Core network architecture, leading to better technology tools and platforms to deliver better customer experiences and outcomes.

As a Product Owner you will provide your expertise to DevSecOps Enablement crew to enable and drive Network Automation at scale. You will collaborate closely with our Engineering and Security teams to create robust, scalable and secure automation tools that streamlines our Network Assets data and processes, helping to enhance our network security posture.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Engineers, Chapter Leads and Crew leads to translate product vision, strategy and roadmap into actionable tasks and be responsible for delivery outcomes.
- Be a key point of contact with Business Stakeholders and other internal product teams to continually deliver value from the product and drive towards our strategic ambition **.**:

- Contribute to all stages of the product process including problem/solution definition, design, prototyping, delivery and optimisation.

**Essential Skills**:
A summary of highly regarded skills for success in this role include:

- Define and deliver the Squad’s product roadmap, vision, and KPIs and manage the Squad’s performance to defined objectives e.g. coaching and OKR tracking
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience as product owner or product manager or delivery lead.
- Strong understanding of overall infrastructure automation, network engineering, security and DevSecOps in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects including automation, cloud transformation and migration initiatives.
- Driving automation through understanding processes and implementing improvements.
- Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Experience with iterative (agile) and/or lean design and software development.

**Educational Qualification**:Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
