Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare culinary division correspondence, reports, memos, procedures, purchase requests for both The Fullerton Hotel and The Fullerton Bay Hotel
- Keep up-to date culinary files and maintains an effective and efficient filing system
- Control office supplies and be responsible for the inventory
- Keep up to date and accurate records of all culinary employees’ annual leave, public holidays, medical leave and attendance records
- Ensure that all messages are accurately taken and relayed, correctly and promptly
- Liaise with vendors on appointments for the Director of Culinary whenever necessary
- Take minutes of culinary meetings and any other meetings as assigned
- Coordinate interview arrangement for Director of Culinary
- Collect, dispatch and sort mail/documents daily and distribute accordingly
