Singapore CULINARY ARTS PTE. LTD. Full time

Culinary Arts Group (“Culinary Arts”), which currently owns and operates 3 exciting dining concepts, Revolver, Barood, and Michelin-starred Hamamoto is looking for a talented and self-motivated individual to join our fast-expanding Group as Executive, Procurement and Operations. The incumbent will be part of the pioneer headquarter team in a highly visible and exciting role.

Culinary Arts is sponsored by the Everstone Group, a Singapore headquartered asset management group with > USD 7bn of assets under management, which includes F&B investments such as Burger King India and Indonesia, Popeye's Indonesia, Domino’s Indonesia, Subway India, and Lavazza India, amongst others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing new vendor, Request For Quotation (RFQ) negotiate term, contract and setup for the new vendor account.
- To raise Purchase Order (PO) in system on time and expediting for the delivery. To maintain and update the Market Order List for Outlets. To close the pending order in system.
- To verify invoices, posting, and Goods Receiving Note (GRN) in system on time. To verify the discrepancy Credit Note (CN) or Debit Note (DN) with Supplier and Outlets.
- To create, maintain and update for the new ingredients, menu recipe and costing in system.
- To perform month-end stock take at outlets. Reconcile the inventory, maintain and update the Inventory List.
- Coordinating and support the outlets on procurement related request.
- Review and verify the Petty Cash submission and submit for management approval.
- To prepare the administrative record and approval process for the procurement related Contract, Agreement, Quotation, PO etc.
- To govern the process and execute all purchases in compliance with the company procurement Policy and Procedure.
- Application and renewal of restaurant operating licenses.
- Any Ad-hoc duties and tasks assign by Procurement Manager.

**Requirement**:

- Degree in relevant Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing Management or Logistics
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in MNC, F&B or any industries
- Time-line sensitive, proactive, resourceful, and independent
- Possess strong communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
