Administrative Assistant (Culinary)

The ideal candidate for this role will provide administrative support to the Executive Chef and Culinary team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing secretarial services to the Executive Chef and Culinary team.
  • Supporting the Executive Chef with all administrative tasks and office coordination.
  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing the schedule for the Executive Chef.
  • Preparing communications, coordinating meetings, and appointments for the Executive Chef.
  • Supporting Culinary Operations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Preferably hospitality-related work experience in F&B/Culinary environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience in contract documentation is an added advantage.
