You will provide full secretarial, operational and administrative support to the Head of Department of Upper Gastrointestinal and Bariatric Surgery under the Division of Surgery & Surgical Oncology. You will support the Department in their clinical, education and research initiatives. Your responsibilities will include handling general enquiries, coordinating meetings, overseas travel accommodation and coordinating and supporting workshops, seminars and conferences organise by the Department. In addition, you will assist in statistical and data collection and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
