- Job Category: Administration- Posting Date: 11 Oct 2024As a Senior / Executive of the Operating Theatre Management Unit (OTMU) team, you will play a vital role to improve efficiency and optimise resource utilisation for Operating Theatres and Endoscopy Suites in Sengkang General Hospital.
Your job responsibility shall include but not limited to the following:
- Manage a team for daily operations, and troubleshoot system and process issues.
- Engage key stakeholders to plan, execute and operationalise new resources and work processes.
- Provide data analysis for planning and management review meetings.
- Initiate process improvement activities to improve overall efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Provide secretariat support to committee meetings.
- Support OTMU Manager on special projects and cluster wide initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Degree, preferably with 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in healthcare industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with initiative, pleasant disposition and ability to work independently
- Good analytical, organisational and communication skills (verbal and written), good time management skills and the ability to multi-task
