
Pre-sales Solution Architect

We're seeking a talented and motivated BPS Presales Solution Architect to join our expanding team. As a key member of our sales support team, you'll leverage your technical and business expertise to drive sales success throughout the sales cycle.
**Salary budget is around SGD 15K base salary + OTE bonus**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Partner with sales teams to uncover client needs and craft customized solutions.
- Perform in-depth needs assessments, analyzing client processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Design and deliver persuasive presentations, demos, and proposals.
- Develop comprehensive solutions, incorporating process maps, technology architectures, and implementation plans.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and client inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
- Facilitate collaborative workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and build consensus.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and deliverable.
- Develop detailed cost estimates and pricing models.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials.
- Support sales teams in closing deals by providing technical expertise.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in presales, consulting, or a related BPS industry role.
- In-depth understanding of BPS service offerings, including Customer Service, F&A, HRO, and Revenue Operations.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies, such as AI, automation, analytics, cloud computing, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience with specific BPS platforms or technologies.
- Industry-recognized certifications related to BPS or relevant technologies.
- Experience with process mapping and business process reengineering.
