As a Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for turning leads into dollars, work closely with various cross-functional teams, such as product, sales, customer success, and engineering, to understand the needs at each stage of the sales funnel, and drive processes and content to increase conversion.. You will also leverage data and analytics to measure the performance and impact of your campaigns and processes, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the marketing operations and processes, such as segmentation, targeting, automation, testing, reporting, etc.
- Support sales enablement and education by creating and delivering relevant content and materials for prospects and customers
- Work with sales to drive the lead generation and nurturing program, including developing lead scoring models, qualifying leads, and handing them over to sales
- Monitor and analyze key metrics and KPIs for lifecycle marketing campaigns, such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, retention rate, churn rate, etc.
- Identify best practices and industry trends for lifecycle marketing and implement them accordingly
- Collaborate with other marketing team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging and branding across all touchpoints

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or a similar role
- Knowledge of lead generation and nurturing best practices, such as lead scoring models, lead qualification criteria, lead handoff processes, etc.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping, segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Creative and analytical mindset with a focus on growth and optimization
