Our client is a distributor of Marine and Navigational equipment. They are looking for a Sales Team Leader to join their dynamic team.

【What will you be working on】
- Supervise and oversee the sales support team.
- Delegate tasks and motivate the team to achieve goals.
- Manage existing customers and build new customers.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to further expand the company’s reach and network.
- Handling customers’ enquiries and requirements.
- Send quotation and follow up.
- Order processing and follow up on order fulfilment with vendors, liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Prepare shipping documents and invoices.
- Monitor and follow up closely on outstanding payments.
- Prepare sales report.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirement**:
【What they're looking for】
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2-3 years relevant working experience
- Experience in managing a small team is preferred
- Prior experience in Shipping and Freight Forwarding is added advantage
- Keen to learn and take up new challenges.
- Effective management skills with strong leadership qualities.
- Able to communicate in Japanese language will be advantages (in order to liaise with native Japanese Counterparts)

8:30 ~ 17:30
